Dear Swim Friends and Family, 

Shrewsbury Aquatic Center

The St Vincent and the Grenadines Swimming Federation (SVGSF) extends to you a cordial invitation to attend the annual FLOW Invitational Swimming Championships meet to be held at the Shrewsbury Aquatic Centre at Ratho Mill from Wednesday, 14th August to Sunday 18th August. The pool will be open for warm-up 75 minutes before each session and will be closed 10 minutes before the start of each session.

  • Wednesday, August 14th      Session 1- 6 pm
  • Thursday, August 15th         Session 2- 6 pm
  • Friday, August 16th              Session 3- 6 pm
  • Saturday, August 17th          Session 4- 10:30 am
  • Saturday, August 17th          Session 5- 6 pm
  • Sunday, August 18th            Session 6- 10:30 am
