Dear OECS Friends and Family,
The St Vincent and the Grenadines Swimming Federation (SVGSF) extends to you a cordial invitation to attend the 29th Annual OECS Swimming Championships in St Vincent from November 8th to 10th, 2019. This competition will be conducted under the sanction of the OECS Sports Desk and the StVincent and the Grenadines Swimming Federation (SVGSF).
Please note the following:
- Competition dates are Friday, November 8th to Sunday November 10th inclusive.
- The entry deadline is Friday, October 18th, 2019 but we would appreciate earlier entries.
- We would like individual passport type pictures for all swimmers and officials (in electronic format) to be used on the accreditations.
- All entries must have a seed time.
- We intend to circulate the Psych Sheet by Saturday, October 26th once all entries are received by the deadline as stated above.
- We would appreciate all scratches by Friday, November 1st. We will not be taking scratches after this except due to medical or emergency issues.

We have also attached the HyTek entry file and the official logo for the event. We will be sending a list of liaison persons who will be able to directly assist you in regard to hotels, transport and meals. Please indicate if you will need assistance.
